సామూహిక అత్యాచార సంఘటనకు నిరసనగా వనపర్తి లో కాండెల్ వాల్ల్క్ నిర్వహిస్తున్నాము.

In 95,000 cases only 15,000 cases are going to Court & 4,000 cases are getting Punishment...i.e.., in 100% only 27% are getting punishment in that 27% also many are manipulating the cases.

Present Punishment 7 Years to 14 years in Jail And if the rape case is cruel then he may get Death Penalty.

Present Situation: Investigation is Very slow, Less Women police, 7-14 years jail punishment and extreme cases can punish to Death (but Investigation takes more than 5years), No protection during night and No Actions taken to many issues, No security and Genuine in the Medical Reports (most of them are manipulated )

To Be Done/ Solutions: Fast Track Courts, Capital Punishment for Gang rapes and Extreme cases (Investigation should be done Very Quick), Medical Test should be done with high security, Increase Women Police, In-Camera Examination (Closed Door), Mobile Courts for Eve teasing Cases for quick Actions, High Patrolling, Ward wise Community members to be taken charges for small small issues.

Compulsory Spiritual & Moral Classes for schooling to Intermediate.

Sexual Harassment in Work place Bill has been passed on 17th Dec 2012 and Introduced by a Women and Child Development Minister "Krishna Tirath" & Approved by the union cabinet in 2012.

Urgent and Important thing to be done by Indian GOVT is to send orders to each and every Organization in India to implement a separate Cell in which a officer is appointed for Sexual harassment so that complaint can be made soon and the actions too
